It’s the little touches which I will bring to the table – the attention to detail. For me, being one of the people that enables you to relax and enjoy your event is just as important as providing you with the music.
From watching various DJ's 'just going through the motions' when performing at an event, not having any enthusiasm for the joyous occasion, and just wanting to get it over and done with is why I became a DJ. And through my experience, I can tell when the venue team need additional support, I can tell when you are starting to panic or worry – and will make sure that is a fleeting moment!

Everything about dealing with Patrick was easy. He was put in contact with me and after a short conversation, we both had a clear understanding of what was required for our wedding reception.
At the actual event, everything was set up on time and with no hassle. The playlist was exactly on brand with the provided sample list. The atmosphere was awesome and there people dancing the whole time.

To me, a wedding isn’t just a party, it’s THE event of the year – your Cup Final. So I ensure it is the most memorable day it can be.
I work with you and will take the time to understand a little bit about you, your wedding event and your guests. I will make sure it is a day to remember, engaging with guests, helping your wedding keep on track and provide tunes to keep people on the dancefloor.
If you are having additional entertainment, I will contact them and discuss how we will work together. I will also liaise with your wedding planner, venues etc. This is to ensure you have nothing to worry about on the day.

I will ensure your guests know what is happening, where and when throughout the day. This could be greeting them, asking them to take their seats, coordinating speeches, introducing the new couple, ensuring that there is an orderly queue for the buffet, announcing the cake cutting and first dance. Whether you are looking for a traditional master of ceremonies or an emcee, I will tailor this to you and provide peace of mind that your day will run smoothly. If you already have a wedding host, I will work with them and support them as and when required.

Patrick did a great job at our wedding, played the songs we asked him to, took requests (but was sensible about it/read the room) and also chose other songs that fitted into the vibe of the night. His lighting set up was also great. He was super flexible, setting up PA systems for our ceremony and speeches. He is also a really nice guy.

What can I say? Patrick once again has completely blown us away with his incredible DJ skills. We've booked him for multiple events now and never fails to surprise us! I was so lucky to have him play at The Bedford Arms in Oakley on New Year's Eve - he had the entire pub dancing the night away. We honestly could not recommend him enough! Absolute Star!

What a night! We had very specific music taste in what we like, trying to find a great DJ wasn't easy. Patrick arrived 3 hours before the welcome drinks started and he was absolutely amazing from the beginning. Super friendly and knew exactly what we were looking for, all the songs we requested were played and everyone had a blast! Thanks so much Patrick we wish we could have that night again!

Patrick was an amazing DJ - I sent over a list of a rough idea of songs we like and ones that we thought would be floor fillers and also asked about a megamix and he didn't disappoint! I have been involved with and passionate about music since school. I became a DJ in 2008 when I stepped in to play some songs at an event to help out a close friend, as he had been let down at the last minute. It was supposed to be a one off. But I really enjoyed it!
I had also been at many events and seen DJ’s which would ‘just go through the motions’. There was no enthusiasm and engagement.
I realised that with my love of music and striving to offer the best service available that I could do a better job than other DJ's I had seen and heard in the past.

My music style is open format – this means I will play anything from 60s Motown northern soul to the 2020s. I am an open and easy going person. When I DJ, I like to engage, enjoy myself and have a laugh with guests. I tailor my style to suit the event and guests – from formal to relaxed – but always be professional.
I enjoy the attention to detail – personalising the event to each individual or couple. My experience means I am good at getting people on the dance floor, whilst also stepping up as required to support as an event coordinator. I like to help with the chaos that can sometimes materialise!
To me it’s not just about playing some music, it’s about performing. The joy and feeling that you get from being responsible for people having a good time at an event compares to nothing!

I start with asking for a selection of songs you would like to be played. This gives me an indication of the genres you would like included. I will then build on this and incorporate additional songs. Plus, I always have the classics on hand if the mood is right!
What sets me apart is I don’t plan it in advance. I will have a rough idea of the set list, but because I read the room and the crowd, I will mix as the event progresses. My role as DJ is to not simply play some songs, but to entertain your guests.
During the evening, if you would like guests to request music, I am more than happy to accommodate. The final question I ask is are there any songs that you do not want to be played – as this is important too.

I only use professional sound and lighting equipment which is PAT (Portable Appliance Tested) certified. Included in the price can be:
- A DJ booth
- Minimum of 4 DJ lights
- 2 x 15" powered speakers
- 15" Powered bass speaker
- Haze machine
I also have cordless microphones which are available for an additional price.
And for your assurance, all my equipment is PAT certified, and I have £5m Public Liability Insurance.
